why is there no totoro halloween costume?

i don't think i'll ever fulfill my dream of becoming a big, furry forest sprite that flies on a spinning top and rides a nekobus. (another question: why is there no nekobus halloween costume?)

    i've seen this before; i don't believe this costume's available for purchase at retail stores :(
